Position the tip on the edge of the revealed area. Place the paint brush over the background. To rotate, click + drag the circle at the top of the paint brush. Drag and drop it into Affinity Designer then resize as needed. Use a paint brush with a tip color as close as possible to the design color. Think of this revealed area as a brush stroke. You can use the image below as reference. Then erase the first part of the Rectangle. You can adjust the brush as you remove or paint areas back in.īe sure to check that the Mask layer is still selected. We used a Brush size of 400px and Hardness of 70%. At the top toolbar, adjust the Brush size and Hardness. Erase First Part of GIF Imageīit by bit we are going to erase the white Rectangle. In Pixel Persona, black will erase an area while white will paint the area back in. If you move your brush over the document, you will get a preview of the revealed area. Next, make certain that the black color circle is selected. Now, switch over to the Pixel Persona by clicking on it top left. You will see a masked layer appear beneath the Rectangle layer. At the bottom of the Layers Panel click on Mask Layer. Make sure the Rectangle layer is selected under the Layers Panel. For this tutorial we will be revealing the design in about 10-14 images.
